How to send your transcripts from AKTU to WES ?

 Many of you wondering if there is any standard process in place by AKTU (Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam University) to send your academic transcripts directly to WES. Answer is YES. AKTU has improved their process and has made it completely digitized, even WES can tell you on their website that AKTU is partnered with WES, and I guess now, transcripts are sent electronically, which is even faster. However, the process is still at it's nascent stage and as a software engineer myself, I can tell many areas of enhancement the process can have. 

So, here is what you have to do to get your transcripts. First watch this official video from AKTU (Link).
1. Go to AKTU student service portal.
2. Generate token.
3. Fill the form, there are per-requisits to fill the form
    a. Prepare a transcript according the format explained in the video I mentioned above.
    b. Download and fill the Academic record request Form from WES account, fill it and create a scanned copy.
    c. Collect scanned copies of all your mark-sheets and degree.
    d. IMPORTANT create a single pdf format file which contains your mark-sheets, degree and Academic record request form.
    e. upload both the files.
    f. submit the form mentioning all other details.
    g. Now, make the required payment, and once payment is done. Sit back to to the status of your application changing to "In Process".

It will take a week or more for AKTU to perform their duty towards your request, meanwhile you can do NOTHING about it.
